If you prefer to have everything finalized before you move, you can visit our office and sign the rental contract prior to your move-in date. This option allows you to complete all paperwork in advance, so you can focus solely on settling into your new home on move-in day. - During the Move-In Handover:
If you choose to sign the rental contract during the move-in handover, you will have the opportunity to view the apartment before signing. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with the property before making a final commitment. It’s an excellent option if you prefer to inspect the apartment firsthand before finalizing the rental agreement.
