• Purpose of stay – i.e., an employment agreement, university admission letter
• Proof of income – i.e., last 3 months of bank account activities, blocked account, etc.
• Scan of ID card (Scan of passport and visa for non EU citizens)
• SCHUFA (If you are living in Germany more than a year)
• Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (If you are living in Germany more than a year)
• Liability insurance (If you don’t have, you can provide us within 30 days after the move-in)
• Guarantor’s letter from your guarantor if you do not have efficient income/ saving

There is a 150 euros admin fee for all new tenants. To secure your booking, you can pay this fee once your inquiry has been accepted. However, please be aware that if you cancel the booking, the admin fee will not be refunded.

Upon receiving a confirmation email from our website, our colleagues will promptly send you a digital version of your contract. It is important to note that payment for the first rent should be made within 72 hours from the time of receiving the contract. 

You are supposed to get a conformation within 24 hours  after paying the service fee. (If the parent was initiated during working days)

You will have ample time to pay the deposit for your move-in. We kindly ask that the deposit be paid no later than 72 hours before your move-in date. 

The service charge is non-reimbursable; nevertheless, in case of excess reservations, the sum will be reimbursed. On the other hand, if you opt to reserve a different flat, it can be allocated to your fresh submission.
