About the Role:
KUMMUNI is seeking a dynamic and resilient Business Developer (Expansion Manager Trainee) with at least 5 years of experience and a passion for finding advantages in challenging situations. In this role, you will be trained directly by the CEO and the Property Acquisition Advisor (a member of the board) during your first six months, learning the nuances of market expansion and real estate strategy. You will play a critical role in identifying property opportunities and supporting KUMMUNI’s growth into new regions. This position requires regular travel and the ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
As an Expansion Manager Trainee, you will focus on analyzing market trends, understanding property needs, and strategizing our expansion efforts, all while regularly traveling to new markets.
