This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Management Specialist. The Key Account Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is based in Berlin, but some work from home is acceptable.

  • Serving as the crucial link between KUMMUNI and our tenants, ensuring clear, open, and trustworthy communication at all times.
  • Advising potential tenants on the most suitable property to book, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Taking charge of extension requests, demonstrating your commitment to tenant convenience and satisfaction.
  • Assisting new tenants in booking their first property, making the process as straightforward and enjoyable for them as possible.
  • Maintaining a close relationship with our partners and booking platforms, underscoring our collaborate


  • Analytical Skills and Account Management skills

  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
