Our furnished co-living apartment has an available private room with balcony, perfect for students or young professionals is located in the beautiful district of Charlottenburg-wilmersdorf, close to Deutsche Oper Berlin, Technische Universität Berlin and Tiergarten. The unit is of high quality and was just recently fully renovated. It offers optimal accommodation for business people and students, as you can reach the central locations of City West and City East in just a few minutes. The approx. 80 m² large apartment provides a space centered on elegance and comfort. The interiors are very bright, giving the place a fantastic atmosphere. The interiors are wide and spacious, creating a fresh ambiance. This stunning property features large window panes that glare natural light into the space, high-quality furniture, a fully equipped kitchen to cook anything you please, and simply put, a very comfortable space!

The neighborhood is the center meaning that you can have all the peace at home, while the liveliness of the city is just a few steps away, so that you don’t have to compromise on anything! Within walking distance, you will be able to reach the bus stop, the subway stop, the supermarket, and the nearby park to enjoy the sun, which makes it a very comfortable location.

At KUMMUMI, we take pride in ensuring the accuracy of our listings. However, if you do happen to find any major differences, we are more than willing to refund you with the admin fee, first rent, and deposit immediately. Additionally, you have the option to sign the contract either at our office or right before the handover at the apartment itself.

Decorative items like books, candles, photo frames, and clothes may not be included in the apartment as marketing materials.

What documents do I need to apply for an apartment?

• Purpose of stay – i.e., an employment agreement, university admission letter
• Proof of income – i.e., last 3 months of bank account activities, blocked account, etc.
• Scan of ID card (Scan of passport and visa for non EU citizens)
• SCHUFA (If you are living in Germany more than a year will be consider plus)
• Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (If you are living in Germany more than a year)
• Liability insurance (If you don’t have, you can provide us within 30 days after the move-in)
• Guarantor’s letter from your guarantor if you do not have efficient income/ saving

Is the booking process free ?

There is a 150 euros admin fee for all new tenants. To secure your booking, you can pay this fee once your inquiry has been accepted. However, please be aware that if you cancel the booking, the admin fee will not be refunded.

When do I need to pay the first rent?

Upon receiving a confirmation email from our website, our colleagues will promptly send you a digital version of your contract. It is important to note that payment for the first rent should be made within 72 hours from the time of receiving the contract. 

You are supposed to get a conformation within 24 hours  after paying the service fee. (If the parent was initiated during working days)

When do I need to pay the deposit?

You will have ample time to pay the deposit for your move-in. We kindly ask that the deposit be paid no later than 72 hours before your move-in date. 

What's the Refund policy ?

The service charge is non-reimbursable; nevertheless, in case of excess reservations, the sum will be reimbursed. On the other hand, if you opt to reserve a different flat, it can be allocated to your fresh submission.

What costs are included in my rent?

Everything except radio tax. Also, although internet is provided as gift in all our properties, the cost of it is not included in your rent. Yet, all tenants can enjoy using high speed internet for free. 

 

Also facility service and repairs are included in the rent. So you even don’t need to change a bulb if you don’t have a latter!

Is Anmeldung possible?

Of course! Anmeldung is possible for all KUMMUNI’s properties. We provide you with the necessary documents during the contract signing.

Additionally, registration at the address is mandatory for all our tenants in Berlin.

What is Choose Your Style?

KUMMUNI is the exclusive company that offers tenants the unique opportunity to select their furniture at no cost. Additionally, if the property is already furnished, tenants can choose to upgrade their furniture for a minimal fee. To learn more please click here.

Can I book the place prior my arrival?

According to our vacancy policy, you are able to rent a place from us up to 30 days in advance. However, before finalizing your booking, please make sure to check the availability of the place mentioned in the “at a glance” section located below the photos of the property.

Can I view the apartment?

Unfortunately, scheduling a viewing is almost impossible for us due to too many requests. Yet, we only provide accurate, honest and realistic information about our properties. What you see online, is what you’ll get.
