• Purpose of stay – i.e., an employment agreement, university admission letter
• Proof of income – i.e., last 3 months of bank account activities, blocked account, etc.
• Scan of ID card (Scan of passport and visa for non EU citizens)
• SCHUFA (If you are living in Germany more than a year)
• Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (If you are living in Germany more than a year)
• Liability insurance (If you don’t have, you can provide us within 30 days after the move-in)
• Guarantor’s letter from your guarantor if you do not have efficient income/ saving

Yes! Currently we offer cost-free  booking process for all our properties in Magdeburg. To confirm your reservation, a payment of 300 euros in advance is required. This amount will be also calculated part of your first rent payment. In the event of a cancellation, a refund policy for this reservation fee will be enforced.

Our refund policy for the reservation policy:

• If cancel within 24 hours of booking you will fully refunded 
• If cancel 15 days before the move-in, only 200 euros will be refunded
• If cancel less than 15 days before the move-in, you will not be refunded.

Upon receiving a confirmation email from our website, our colleagues will promptly send you a digital version of your contract. It is important to note that payment for the first rent should be made within 72 hours from the time of receiving the contract. 

You are supposed to get a conformation within 24 hours  after paying the reservation fee. (If the payment was initiated during working days)

You will have ample time to pay the deposit for your move-in. We kindly ask that the deposit be paid no later than 72 hours before your move-in date.
