We offer a free booking process for all properties in Magdeburg.

Yet, to book a place, you need to pay 300 euros rent upfront. This amount is either your first rent or a part of it if the rent is higher.

Once payment made, we will hold the property for you. If you cancel, our refund policy applies. Please check our refund policy for details.

Our refund policy for the booking:

• If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a 97% refund. (A 3% transaction fee will be borne by the tenant.)
• If cancel within 48 hours 47% refund. 
• (A 3% transaction fee will be borne by the tenant.)
• If you cancel after 48 hours, no refund will be issued.

After you receive a confirmation email from our website, our team will send you a digital version of your contract. If your monthly rent is higher than 300 euros, the remaining amount must be paid within 72 working hours from the time we send the contract.

The lease starts 20 days after booking, regardless of your move-in date. You can move in anytime, but if it’s beyond the 20-day period, your rental contract still begins from the 21st day of booking.

You will have plenty of time to pay the deposit before your move-in. However, the deposit must be paid at least 72 hours before your move-in date. Please note that we will not hand over the property if the deposit is not visible in our bank account.

Unfortunately, scheduling a viewing is almost impossible for us due to too many requests. Yet, we only provide accurate, honest and realistic information about our properties. What you see online, is what you’ll get.
