In order to apply for any property from KUMMUNI you are required to upload the documents mentioned below:
- Purpose of stay – i.e., an employment agreement, admission letter
- Proof of income – i.e., last 3 months of bank account activities, blocked account, etc.
- Scan of ID card (Scan of passport and visa for non-EU citizens)
- SCHUFA (If you are living in Germany for more than a year)
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (If you are living in Germany for more than 3 months)
Please note that all documents must be submitted in PDF format. Screenshots, images, and other formats are unacceptable and might cause rejection.
