Confirming the Identity of KUMMUNI Staff #
At KUMMUNI, our colleagues may need to enter your apartment for various reasons, such as extension inspections, pre-move-out inspections, facility support, and repairs. However, no matter the reason, they are required to have your consent and permission, which must be granted in advance and properly documented.
How to Recognize KUMMUNI Staff #
- Uniform and ID Card:
All KUMMUNI facility team members wear uniforms with the KUMMUNI logotype and logo mark clearly visible. They also carry an official ID card. If you see unfamiliar faces, it is entirely appropriate to ask them for their ID before allowing them to enter your property. Ensure that the name on the ID matches the information provided to you in advance by our back office. - Prior Notice:
KUMMUNI does not arrange viewings, repair appointments, or other visits without prior notice. If someone claims to work for or was hired by KUMMUNI, you should verify this by contacting us at 030 232 58 11 20 before allowing them access to your apartment. If, for any reason, you are unable to get in touch with us immediately, it is okay to dismiss the person and refuse entry until verification can be made.
Third-Party Visitors #
Sometimes, third-party companies hired by the property owners might come to your apartment without prior notice, and KUMMUNI may not be aware of their visit. In these cases, you have the right to refuse them entry if they have not been properly introduced or if you have not been informed in advance.
Important Reminder: Emergency Situations #
In the event of an emergency, such as a gas leak, water damage, or any situation that endangers the lives of the property or its occupants, the landlord, owner, or anyone acting on their behalf is legally allowed to enter your property without notice or your consent. In such emergencies, you are obligated by law to allow them entry to ensure the safety and security of the property and its residents.
