If you aren’t available at your apartment, you can grant KUMMUNI’s facility team permission to enter in your absence. However, you must agree to the terms and provide a digital signature. You can revoke the permission at anytime.

When submitting a request, it is important to provide specific details so our team can act quickly and efficiently. If you believe that uploading photos would help our colleagues better understand the problem, please do so. This will allow us to assess the situation more accurately and provide a solution in a timely manner.

In the event of an emergency such as a fire, please call 110 or 112 immediately.
