- Receive the Move-in Link:
Once your payment has been approved, you will automatically receive a link to start arranging your move-in handover. This process typically begins immediately after your booking is confirmed. - Click on the Link:
Open the link you received to start the move-in process. - Provide Your Universal Customer ID:
You will need to enter your Universal Customer ID. This ID is crucial for verifying your booking and can be found in your myKUMMUNI account (web-based version) and in all emails sent by our system, either in the subject line or within the email body. If you haven’t signed your rental contract yet, this ID might also be referred to as Inquiry ID. - Provide Necessary Information:
- Indicate Number of Tenants: Specify the number of tenants the place was booked for. If the arrangement is for two people, you must provide the name of the second person so they can be included in the rental contract. This also ensures that we can provide an extra care package (including bedding, towel sets, and first-use toiletries) for your second occupant.
- Choose Your Move-in Date and Time Window: Select your preferred move-in date and offer a time window that works for you. Although we can’t guarantee to accommodate the exact time, we will do our best. Our system will allocate the nearest available agent within your chosen date and time frame, and we will send you the name of your representative.
- Food Preferences: Specify any dietary restrictions for your welcome gift. If you prefer not to receive certain items (e.g., alcohol, meat), you can indicate this in your submission.
- Confirmation Message: After submission, you will receive a confirmation message that includes the address of the apartment, extra useful tips, and a FAQ section to help you prepare for your move.

After your booking has been processed by the third-party staff, you will receive a move-in link. There might be a delay, as this step is handled by the third-party booking platform and not directly by KUMMUNI. It may take a few hours for them to manually send you the move-in link. - Click on the Link:
Open the link to begin arranging your move-in. - Provide the Platform Information:
Select the third-party platform where you booked your apartment and provide a link to the listing on that platform. - Receive Your Universal Customer ID Later:
After your booking is fully processed in our system, you will be provided with a Universal Customer ID. This ID will be necessary for future interactions, including support services. - Account Creation (Strongly Advised):
If you choose to have our system automatically create an account for you on KUMMUNI.com, you will be forwarded to a page where you can activate your account. From there, you can download and log in to the myKUMMUNI app and KUMMUNI.com, which will give you full access to our services. - Provide Necessary Information:
