Requesting an extension is very simple. To ask for a lease extension through KUMMUNI Support Center, you have two options: our website or our App.
- Start by selecting the booking department and entering your apartment code to proceed.
- Then, choose the option “I would like to extend my lease.”
Your application will be sent to our finance department and your agent at the same time.
Once your request has been reviewed, our colleagues at the booking department will arrange a viewing with you to check the apartment first. If everything was in order, you will receive your extension. Please note that it takes at least 7 working days to review your documents due to the high volume of requests.
