I can’t log into my account. Did you delete my account?

KUMMUNI might delete an account that hasn’t been active for more than 3 months. This means an account was created but either never was used to apply for a property or the application was rejected. If you are a tenant we do not delete your account.

If for some reason you are unable to log in to your account, please make sure that your login details are accurate. If with accurate details you are still unable to log in, this might simply mean that our servers are being updated. You may try again later, or simply contact your agent via email or phone number.
