In essence, contracts in KUMMUNI are six months. However, we would be happy to provide our housing solutions for a longer period if you request an extension.
Accordingly, contract renewal will only be possible if:
- The intended property is still available on the part of the owner
- The request for a contract extension is sent directly by the tenant at least one month before the end of the contract term.
- The tenant has fulfilled all his commitments in accordance with the contract
- The tenant is still able to afford the rent
- The tenant has kept the apartment in proper and clean conditions
- The property, furniture, etc has not been damaged by the tenant and if yes, the tenant has covered the damages via liability insurance in a timely manner
