We conduct hygiene inspections through our housekeeping department for three main reasons:
- We conduct inspections to ensure that the hygiene standards are maintained at an acceptable level by the tenants.
- If a housemate or one of our team members reports a lack of hygiene.
- If the apartment has a history of not being kept clean according to KUMMUNI’s standards.
