We only extend the contract for those tenants who deeply respected our contracts. Those tenants that haven’t kept the apartment in proper and clean conditions or they damaged the furniture or the property itself won’t be receiving a lease extension and are required to leave the property by the end of the rental contract.
Once you submit an extension request, one of our colleagues from the Account Management Department will arrange an appointment with you to check the property first.
