- Corridors and Staircases:
- The corridors and staircases between apartments are not private areas and should be kept quiet. Loud noises in these areas are strictly forbidden.
- Doors:
- Keep the front doors of your flat and neighboring flats closed at all times.
- Door slamming is forbidden. Doors must be opened and closed quietly, especially during quiet hours.
- Telephone Calls:
- Telephone calls in the hallway or staircases are prohibited to avoid disturbing other neighbors.
- In CoLiving spaces, using the speakerphone for calls is prohibited.
- Quiet Hours:
- Observe the quiet times as stated in your contract: Monday to Sunday from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 07:00.
- Loud late-night gatherings are prohibited. Any late-night gathering must have the agreement of all housemates and should not disturb the neighbors.
- Guests:
- Hosting a guest requires the acknowledgment and permission of KUMMUNI, so as your flatmates. Read more
- Overnight stays by non-tenants are strictly prohibited. Utility consumption can be monitored to ensure compliance.
- Main Entrance Doors:
- Keep the main entrance doors closed at all times, day and night. It is forbidden to prop them open for any reason.
- Nocturnal Disturbances:
- Avoid disturbing the peace at night with loud noises, music, talking, or continuous ringing of doorbells.
- Bicycles:
- Bicycles must be parked only in designated areas and not left in the courtyard or other non-designated spaces.
- Smoking and Candles:
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire building except in designated smoking lounges, where the door must remain closed and windows open while smoking.
- Lighting candles inside the building is also prohibited.
- Pets:
- The keeping of pets is not allowed.
- Heating and Ventilation:
- Heating with open windows is prohibited to prevent mold formation. Ventilate the room daily by closing the heaters first.
- After showering, remove excess water from the walls and keep the bathroom dry.
- Cleanliness:
- You must keep your apartment, common areas (especially the kitchen and bathroom) clean. Clean these areas regularly, at least once a week.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the oven, stove, and cooking areas.
- Dispose of household waste and cardboard properly in the bins provided.
- Public and Common Areas:
- Keep the common areas and public areas, such as the courtyard and staircase, clean and free from clutter.
- Regular Ventilation
- Do not heat the apartment with open windows to prevent mold. Ventilate the apartment daily with heaters turned off.
- After showering, ensure the bathroom is dry and excess water is wiped off the walls.
- Name Tags:
- Do not place name tags of non-KUMMUNI tenants on the doorbell, front door, or mailboxes.
