Tracking ID for Follow-Up #
After submitting your ticket, you will receive a Tracking ID, which is crucial for following up on your request. You’ll also receive a confirmation email indicating that your ticket has been sent to the relevant department and is being processed.
- Follow-Up After a Week:
If you haven’t received a response within one working week, it’s a good idea to contact the department directly with your Tracking ID. Occasionally, errors may occur, and a ticket might not be created in our system.
Important Reminders #
- Avoid Creating Multiple Tickets:
Please do not create multiple tickets for the same issue in a short period. We understand the urgency of your concerns and are doing our best to provide top-tier service. However, creating multiple tickets can overwrite your previous one, which may delay the resolution of your issue since the new ticket will address the same problem on a new date. - Use the App for All Support Requests:
We strongly advise against requesting support via phone or email. Using the myKUMMUNI app ensures that all inquiries are properly documented and handled efficiently. This is the best way to receive prompt and organized assistance from our team.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please reach out through the app, and we’ll be happy to help!
Emergency Situations #
Do Not Use the App in Emergencies:
In cases of emergency, such as severe water damage or any situation where your life is in danger, please do not use the app to report the issue. Instead:
- Contact KUMMUNI Directly by Phone:
If there’s a serious concern like severe water damage, call our team directly. - Dial 112 for Immediate Danger:
If your life is in danger (e.g., fire, gas leakage), dial 112 immediately. Once emergency services are on the scene, you can contact KUMMUNI.
Your safety is our top priority. Always ensure that you take immediate action in emergencies by contacting the appropriate authorities or our team via phone.
