How Can I Delete My Account on KUMMUNI?
If you wish to delete your myKUMMUNI account, the process is straightforward but comes with important considerations. Here’s how you can permanently remove your account and all associated data:
Steps to Delete Your myKUMMUNI Account #
- Log In to myKUMMUNI:
Start by logging in to your myKUMMUNI account using your username or email and password. - Navigate to Your Profile:
Once logged in, click on your profile picture (if you have uploaded one) or your account icon. From the dropdown menu, select “My Profile.” - Scroll to the Bottom of the Page:
In the “My Profile” section, scroll down to the bottom of the page until you find the “Delete Account” section. - Delete Your Account:
Click on the red button labeled “Delete My Account.” A prompt will appear asking you to confirm whether you really want to delete your account. - Confirm Deletion:
By clicking “Ok,” your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our web server. This action is irreversible, so please be certain before proceeding.
Important Considerations #
- Search Engine Results:
In some rare cases, parts of the data you provided, such as a profile picture, might still appear on search engines even after your account has been deleted. This result is temporary and outside of KUMMUNI GmbH’s control. - Irreversible Deletion:
Once you finalize the deletion process, your entire account and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
CAUTION: Do Not Delete Your Account If You Are a Tenant #
If you are currently a tenant of KUMMUNI, it is crucial that you do not delete your account. Deleting your account will mean that you can no longer access the following essential services:
- Lease Extensions:
You won’t be able to request a lease extension through the myKUMMUNI app. - Relocating:
Your ability to apply for relocation within KUMMUNI properties will be removed. - Support Services:
You will no longer have access to support services, including requests for a facility support, finance such as return of deposit, etc - Community Events:
Participation in community events and other services offered through myKUMMUNI will no longer be available.
