How to Redeem Your Discount with The Connect and Save Program #

Overview:
The Connect and Save program offers a €100 discount on the first month’s rent for new tenants referred by existing KUMMUNI tenants. Below is a step-by-step guide for how new tenants can redeem their discount code during the move-in process.

Step-by-Step Guide for Redeeming Your Discount #

1. Submit Your Application:

• Begin by submitting your application for a KUMMUNI property.
• After your application is approved, our Booking Department will send you a payment request for the first month’s rent.

2. Complete the Payment:

• Make the payment for your first month’s rent according to the payment request.
• Once the payment is processed, you will receive a link that allows you to schedule your move-in appointment.

3. Schedule Your Move-In Appointment:

• After the payment is made, use the provided link to arrange a time for your move-in. This step is necessary to finalize the move-in process.

4. Upload Proof of Payment:

• In the second step of the move-in process, you’ll be asked to upload proof of your payment for the first month’s rent. This is required before moving forward.

5. Enter Your Discount Code:

• Once you upload the payment proof, the system will prompt you with a question asking if you have a discount code.
• Select “I have a discount code”, then choose “Connect and Save” from the dropdown list.
• Enter the referral code you received from the referring tenant in the provided field.

6. Discount Applied:

• After entering the discount code, the KUMMUNI agent will review and apply the €100 discount to your first month’s rent.
• This discount will be reflected on your final invoice, ensuring that the reduction is visible to you.

• The discount will only be applied if the new tenant’s application is approved and payment is completed.
