Handling Hot Water Issues #
If you find that you don’t have hot water in your KUMMUNI apartment, follow these steps to address the problem:
- Check the Entrance Board:
- Maintenance Announcements: First, check the entrance board in your building. If there’s planned maintenance or a temporary outage, there should be a notice posted here. This notice will typically explain the reason for the disruption and how long it’s expected to last.
- No Announcement Found? Here’s What It Could Mean:
- Emergency Shutoff: If there’s no announcement, the hot water might have been shut off due to an emergency, such as a significant leak or another urgent issue that required an immediate response.
- Localized Issue: If it’s not due to an emergency, the lack of hot water could be an isolated issue in your apartment or building. Check with your neighbors to see if they’re experiencing the same problem.
