Handling Water Supply Issues #
If you’re facing a lack of water in your KUMMUNI apartment, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Check the Entrance Board:
- Maintenance Announcements: Check the entrance board in your building for any notices about planned maintenance or water shutoffs. These announcements will provide information about the reason for the disruption and when the water is expected to be restored.
- No Announcement Found? Here’s What It Could Mean:
- Emergency Shutoff: If there’s no announcement, the water may have been turned off due to an emergency, such as a burst pipe or other urgent maintenance.
- Localized Issue: If it’s not an emergency, the lack of water could be a localized issue. Check with your neighbors to see if they’re also affected.
Reporting the Water Supply Issue #
If there’s no maintenance announcement and the issue continues, report the problem using the myKUMMUNI app:
- Open the myKUMMUNI App:
Log in to the myKUMMUNI app on your device. - Select the Facility Department:
Navigate to the facility department in the app. - Select “Water Supply Issue”:
Choose the option related to water supply problems. - Provide Necessary Details:
Include any relevant information, such as whether it’s just your apartment or if your neighbors are also affected. - Submit Your Ticket:
Submit the ticket, and our facility team will investigate and work to restore the water supply as quickly as possible.
