Step 1: Receive the Move-In Link #
After booking your apartment, you will receive a link via email. This link allows you to offer your preferred hours for the move-in appointment. While we cannot guarantee that the appointment will be scheduled at the exact time you request, we will do our best to accommodate your availability.
Step 2: Confirmation of Appointment #
Once an agent is assigned to handle your move-in, you will receive a confirmation email from our system. This email will include important details such as:
- The address of your new apartment.
- The name of your assigned agent.
- The confirmed date and time for your move-in appointment.
