- Telephone calls in the hallway or staircases are prohibited.
- Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 13:00 to 15:00 and 22:00 to 07:00, Monday to Sunday. During these times, noise must be kept to a minimum.

- Hosting guests for extended stays (Longer than 4 days) must be approved by KUMMUNI, considering it impacts utility and energy costs.
- The accommodation of non-tenants without a tenancy agreement is prohibited and will lead to lease termination.
- Main Entrance Doors:
- Ensure the main entrance doors are kept closed at all times to prevent unauthorized access to the building.
- Nocturnal Disturbances:
- Avoid loud noises, music, talking, or any disturbance during nighttime.
- Bicycles:
- Bicycles should be parked in designated areas and not left in non-designated spaces, such as the courtyard.
- Smoking and Candles:
- Smoking is prohibited in the building except in balcony, where the door must remain closed while smoking.
- Lighting candles inside the building is also not allowed.
- Pets:
- The keeping of pets is not allowed in private apartments.
- Heating and Ventilation:
- Do not heat the apartment with open windows to prevent mold. Ventilate the apartment daily with heaters turned off.
- After showering, ensure the bathroom is dry and excess water is wiped off the walls.
- Cleanliness:
- Maintain the cleanliness of your apartment and the area in front of your flat door. Clean these areas regularly and dispose of waste properly.
- Public and Common Areas:
- Keep all common and public areas, such as courtyards and staircases, clean and orderly.
- Name Tags:
- Do not put name tags of non-KUMMUNI tenants on the doorbell, front door, or mailboxes.
