Subsequent Lease Extensions #
For tenants who are extending their lease for the second time or more, KUMMUNI is happy to accommodate requests for longer extension (12 months) periods. However, this option is only available to tenants who have fully respected the terms of their lease contract. Adhering to the contract is crucial for being eligible for a longer extension, as it demonstrates your commitment to maintaining a positive and responsible tenancy.
